Original Comment Update: On my Kenmore refrigerator. Since my refrigerator is new the parts are on back order. Customer service stated they have to make parts since the unit is new. Going on 2 weeks in a cooler. I cannot believe Kenmore or Sears doesn't make this right with a new unit.
