Original Comment I purchased a Kenmore bottom freezer refrigerator on May 26th 2017. It stopped cooling and all my freezer goods were thawing when I woke up. It took them 2weeks to come out. That was Friday oct 23rd. The tech didnt even have to do anything he knew it was the compressor. So $149.00 to walk in my homeand ghen tell me it would cost almost 1200.00 to fix. It has an LG compressor which LG is now in a class action lawsuit, but kenmore is not part of.The fridge is 3 years old and thus should not have happend.My 20 year old side by side kenmore is still working, we use it as a second refrigerator it has whirlpool parts.<br /> Now I have to buy a new refrigerator it will not be a Kenmore and I'm going to make sure to post on Facebook. I'm a senior and this is causing a hardship for me.
