Original Comment We purchased a car from our local Avis Car Sales in CASH back on 6/21/20 and have not yet received our title or our license plates. My temporary plates expired on 10/2/20 and they refuse to give me a new temporary plates stating that it will ness up with my original plates that are due to come via mail. I've spoken to the general manager and he had taken my information and that he will get back with me and DOESN'T. I've called the corporate office number they have given me and it's the general rental phone never and all these people do us take my information and say the department will get back with me and no one does. I'm a cancer patient, I need my vehicle to get yo my Dr and chemo appointments and all I have been told that during the COVID 19 there is order that our governor has signed that no violations are given to anyone with an expired license plates. I DON'T CARE what executive order says I NEED TITLE and LICENSE PLATES. I paid for my vehicle CASH. This is crazy and I have reached out to my local news media to investigate.
