Original Comment I purchased Justin Bieber tickets for my daughter and they were FRONT ROW and then it was rescheduled and now they are giving me tickets for the 13th row! UGH NO that is not right. Now they say I can pay more money to get the platinum seats which are now where I purchased the first ones. THIS IS NOT RIGHT! I want what I purchased and that is front row!!!!!! It is not my fault they changed the venue so I should still have the front row because that's what I paid for.
