Original Comment I had my groceries stolen by an Instacart shopper. I called Instacart and spoke with a manger who said they could not help me. I called a Kroger manager, also said they couldn't help me. I called and talked to a Dianna store manger of the Coeur d' Alene Idaho store. She said she couldn't help me and refused to give me her mangers name or contact information. Those groceries were to feed my family and now I am stuck without food or money to feed my family. I am reaching out for help. I have now spent hours on the phone and received nothing but sorry about your bad luck. Can a MANAGER who can help me please contact me?
