Original Comment I'm having problems with the crunch fitness on eagle, Idaho. I ask the front desk rep about cancellation of my membership before the ten days that I didn't know about. The rep told me something different and when I went to cancel my membership, I found out it was the total opposite. Now they told me it was a miscommunication that it happen. Which is not my fault and they make it seems like it's my fault that I went to get an answer for question and got an answer by one of their employees that was false. Can you please help me?
