So I paid my bill and my service was still interrupted when I called, they said I was lying, then a supervisor told me we will restore my service until Nov.21 (today) but then they turned my internet and cable off a week ago. When I called back and asked for a supervisor I was told a supervisor won't help or do anything for me, so I was left on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on. I'm not a happy customer, so I will be calling corporate today. Cause something needs to be done about the people who work for them and answer their phones.
