Original Comment My family has been loyal, timely paying consumers of ADT service since 2014, as of now I can't count the number of times we've had issues in our current home in MA., most recently we installed service in our brand new home and it has NEVER worked seemlessly, they can look back at the service calls, the final issue was today, we had a regional manager send his personal pick for a technician out twice, both times he failed, the second time he claimed to not be able to connect tot he site and left us with our own fix-it. we now sit here on a Saturday with NO service and no ability to reach anyone until Monday inspite of having an appointment today, imagine that?? disgusting, to say we are unhappy would be the understatemtn of the universe. We will cancel as soon as we reach someone on Moday.
