Original Comment Bojangles #2027 located at 2513 Main Street, Elgin SC 29045 has really went downhill since moving the store and becoming corporate. The service is horrible, they are not friendly at all and have horrible attitudes. They rarely get the order correct and it has to be checked every time. The chicken is usually overcooked and not edible and the biscuits are very hard. This has been very disappointing since Bojangles is truly one of only a few restaurants in Elgin that we have. It would not hurt to close the business for a few weeks to give thorough training because they are losing a lot of business due to inability to handle the job! WE will not eat there again as I have wasted so much money on food that had to be thrown out! We travel 20 miles out of our way to another Bojangles when this one is closer but not worth eating at!
