After my mom died June 2018 I missed an appt. when I said sorry my mom died and she said ( that's sad just tell us next time) what?!! <br /> I went in every month to get my contacts and glasses. <br /> They tried to fit me with different brands bifocals glasses contacts. In 2019 I was pissed but even bought the owner Alek and Justin a 25.00 GC for coffee. WE ARE IN THE LAST MONTH OF THE YEAR 2020. I have 3 pair of glasses(1 I can use. A half year wrong contacts and 1/2 year of contacts that may or not be. So bottom line? I missed out of two years of insurance usage and I have zero that work except bifocals (which I didn't want. Oh Justin started to ignore me when I came in to check. Wait. I was being nice 2 years into it. So started there bad exam 2017. So want to know the best part?! I PAID UP FRONT IN 2017 or 2018!!!
