Original Comment SIR, on 11/18/20 at approximately 4:30 pm AAA came to my house to jump my car.they came and cross jumped my battery my car had to towed to my mechanic. The fuse strip was fried <br /> The man who towed it told my mechanic it was jumped wrong and was laughing.all I needed was a battery now I'm out $400.00.we have reached out to a complaint service and talked to Jisela.And was told they were not responsible.I have had this car since it was new it only has 56 thousand miles on it.talking with your representative was very unpleasant. She was rude and very Uncorrupitive.after my &quot;help&quot; I had no power to any lights,windows or ignition. I am very disappointed with the lack cooperation. I hope some one sees this.I would not recommend AAA to anyone. Daniel mcgovern
