It will be spread all over social media internet dstc and upcoming lawsuit. November 12th NetSpend Corporation unexpectedly canceled and locked me out of my bank accounts. Go to Sears without warning in the middle of winter in Colorado. Practically calling a multiple line to fight a human being that works for the company that I may talk to you at 2 in the afternoon. After a short and brief 59 minute weight finally got through to a person who didn't speak in English. Finally after 35 minutes through his head that I needed to talk to a supervisor or somebody that can speak English I was transferred for another 45 minute wait. At this point he told me that my accounts were closed due to suspicious activity apparently ordering a new card because you lost your old one is frowned upon within NetSpend Corporation. This all happened within the midst of the pandemic Breakout I was in the midst of losing my home as it was Thanksgiving to top it off. I called every day from November 12th to the present time today December 22nd. 15 to 35 phone calls a day over a month. They consistently told me that within 7 to 10 business days I would have a check in the mail that was over a month and a half ago every single day today I called no check was ever sent to my address. Consistent lies of the employees working behind the customer service it's something that I've never seen before in my entire life absolute shock the like they would go through just not answer my question 3 weeks ago I started on this new line of bushes stating they can MoneyGram be the money finally somebody with a brain all I had to do was wait 48 hours general manager contact me verify my money 48 hours tops that was three goddamn weeks ago every single day I called 14 times a day. every single day they told me 48 Hours somebody will contact me. That was a week ago. This is illegal netspend has been sued multiple times from the FTC FOR THIS just to remind you america. Finally last night was my last straw I contacted young lady that works there the young lady that I was transferred to in the morning hours approximately 11 a.m. the only manager that I spoke to you that morning and this is the situation that she put me into now I am homeless because of this s*** I was not able to pay my bills i slept outside for an entire week because I had no deposit. No way to get my money I pleaded with her on the phone multiple times please do not send check please please please MoneyGram me my money please of course she said of course you'll be expecting a phone call this afternoon by whatever general managers to set up your MoneyGram deposit is going to kill me I'm going to starve to death tonight pass away tonight because of hypothermia I have no money for Christmas for my child. So afternoon time now it gets dark still no phone call so SC through another Francis hour-and-a-half wait to speak to a human being who doesn't speak English just find out definitely on the lady that was talk to you at 11 a.m. surprisingly he said she doesn't exist is it possible for me to speak to anybody after getting through to another manager last night he said oh yes we have it all taken care of from you they told me my money was put on a goddamn check and sent in the mailTHE CHECK WAS SENT IN THE GAWD DAM MAILAL ARE YOU FING SERIOUS. 7 TO 10 BUSINESSES DAYS WTF IT SHOULD ARIVE SHE SAID 7 TO TEN BUSINESS DAYS <br /> Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
