I purchased a $500.00 wet saw for cutting tile( i am a contractor) i could not find on the box if a blade was included so i grabbed one(another $50)i put it together and used it, when i got home i went through the manual and see that one WAS supposed to be included but NOT. No big deal, i called and spoke with a nice young woman who said she would talk to her supervisor and send one out to me. A day later she followed up with the i spoke with my supervisor and we can't send you one. You can return the unit or call and i will Register for the warranty. So you are willing to sell an incomplete product but not send missing parts???? I intend on going 28 days and returning it and purchasing your competitors product......oh and NEVER purchase a rifgid product agian for my Construction company. To bad, the guys and myself like your product.<br /> You should have a dictionary around to allow supervisors to see what customer service is
