I am reporting an incident that happened Nov 1sr! I selected all my jewelry selections and paid cash. Left the store. My fault didn't return till later your co at SP Southern Pines NC. When I did go in several days later my bag was misplaced. I left thinking they would locate it. I went in again still no one knew a manager Whitley was most accommodating but she said the guy at register gave her the bad I wanted long story short. They took all my jewelry out of bad. Brahmin and said oh she must have put two necklaces instead of one in your bad and that's where the 500' for the Brahm came from never matter the necklace, earrings. And the necklace was a long gold with bars on it so they assumed it two necklaces but it was a long one necklace,,, the last you had so I proceeded with resize of a ring my Brahmin bag was sold they ordered the incorrect one. Wow. Shopping at Belk is no a good experience. <br /> <br /> I just had major surgery and can hardly fathom going into your store again <br /> <br /> I paid 1'500 cash and no Brahmin bad, no necklace. A ring for sure. <br /> <br /> Too many hands felt in this matter and I can't reject the ring sized down but I need to know where my bag is and the other things. As I said I've had major surgery and want to be assured oh where my money went and the cost. Mind you their were several coupons + open an account and you get another 20 percent off. I'm upset. This is a sloppy way to do business <br /> <br /> The lady jerked the things out trying to justify I didn't pay!!!!! I wasn't her customer. How crude! I owe the Belk nothing. The Belk owes me plenty. <br /> <br /> And you owe me a penalty for taking my money and o had to go Christmas shopping all over to make Christmas special. <br /> <br /> When I think back on the experience I'm mortified. No staff to help; is this why too many hands in the deal? Idk. But I need it corrected immediately <br /> <br /> Regards. An unhappy customer
