Original Comment The internet had went out and when we called to have it fixed because my brothers Merton machine runs off of it they change the damn number lol. My brothers life depends on this phone and internet connection. His doctor reads his heart beats and send signals to his heart through these connections and sends signals to the machine when his heart stops and when his heart beat goes to 310 and sky rockets. Not only does it run off internet it has to have the phone too. A number that we have a had for 20 years. Then when we call to see what the deal is they had us on hold for hours. Also, when we ask to have the cooperation office number they refuse to give us one! It's a shame we have to deal with this! What a joke! Needless to say, DO NOT RECOMMEND
