Original Comment I live in San Rafael, we love the pizza but almost always shy away due to wait times. We have decided to order 'on line' from you tonight. Wait times said 45min, at an hour twenty I called confirm my order was received (an email or confirmation text would have avoided this call). I was told my pizza's were 8 minutes Away, it's now been 40 minutes since that call. I called again, to our local store and was told it's on its way. Now it's our children'a bed time they still do not have the pizza we promised them almost 3 hours ago...
