Original Comment Nordictrack/IFit is the worst customer experience I've ever dealt with. You can't get through a ride without a long video buffering window. What's worse than that is the customer service. Calls are never answered, emails take forever to respond. We just want our money back.. we will pay the restocking fee as it's been longer than 30 days. <br /> BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
