Original Comment This has been a terrible experience with whirlpool! I bought a new microwave and a new refrigerator w freezer on the bottom. It's the first time buying whirlpool appliances, BIG MISTAKE!! They both need repair and are only months old. All parts are on back order w No arrival date. I called the corporate office to register a complaint, but was on hold FOREVER! I never did get anyone to answer my call! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY w Any whirlpool appliances. CHEAPLY MADE
