Horrible customer service.... Not only is it taking 5 months to get two chairs but the communication systems the store uses are just as bad.<br /> I called the store over a dozen times across 3 months trying to find out when the chairs would arrive and not once did anyone at the store ever answer the phone instead it went to a call center.<br /> The call center receives your call via voicemail then sends you a text message telling you how valued a customer you are and that they have sent a ticket to the store requesting that they call you.<br /> Not once did I ever receive a call from the store... after multiple interactions with the call center they suggested that I go to the store in person to address the situation.<br /> I went to the store and spoke with the sales manager who basically said that he agreed the communications with customers was an issue and a complaint that he hears all of the time but that he could do nothing about it and that he will call me when the chairs come in...<br /> Please save yourself the frustration and do not buy from this company.
