Original Comment I Went To Bojangles At 4401 Okeechobee Rd. Savannah Ga 31405. I Always Ask To Cook My Fries Fresh Because When They Use The Blanch Method It Holds Too Much Grease. The Manager Eric Was Very Rude I Ask For A Refund Only To Be Denied My Refund After Telling Him That The Food Was Not What I Asked For. He Gones On To Tell Me That Bojangles Doesnt Do Refunds. He Was Very Arrogant And Rude. The Fries Wasn't Even Hot.then I Waited On More Fries That Were Cooked Watching Him Hurry Up And Take The Fries Out The Cooker Before They Were Even Finished Just To Get Rid Of Me. Fries Wasn't Cooked All The Way. So I Will Be Calling Health Department About How Nasty The Kitchen Is Kept.
