Original Comment I wish I would have known about all these complaints before I purchased my exercise bike, that was a out of box failure. I waited over 70 days for replacement parts and now waiting for someone to call to install them, still waiting.<br /> I would never even thought that Bow flex was a substandard company but then again the hints were there, like someone telling me the part was shipped and it wasn't a supervisor will call you, he didn't, a girl on chat line said she didn't have address of the company. I found it for my complaint to the Attorney General, I believe this so called company should be seriously looked at.
