Original Comment I went into the store today with my daughter to get me some Skechers arch support tennis shoes and my daughter decided to get some shoes for herself when we got to the counter after being in there for quite some time they told us that their system was down and that we needed to come back around 6:00 but they could save the ones we picked out My intentions were not to be back out so we told them never mind we went to the store next door to see what they had as we walked back by we saw them them checking out two customers apparently the registers were working after all not sure why they didn't want to help us out. We would have spent $150 in the store. So I got online to see what time the store closed and low and behold they closed at 6:00 so why would she tell us to come back at 6:00 really disappointed in the customer service at this store it's not the first time the manager there has been rude. I probably will shop at another famous footwear not at the garden City store again.
