Original Comment I had an appt. with Century Link to fix my house phone. I took off work and waited all day. The tech never showed up and said that he completed the job, Then I get a survey about the tech and if he did a good job. Called at 5 and automated system scheduled me for next Tuesday. I did not ask for this day. Today, I have spent a total of three hours on and off today. I have been disconnected, put on hold and transferred to another dept. When asked to speak to a manger, I am told that there is none available. This is ridiculous. I am definitely changing my phone service Quite obviously they do not give a rat's butt about anything!!!
