I have been trying to resolve a GWP error for a month now. The generous Spring Beauty bonus was supposed to include a tote with 29 samples, all itemized online. Mine included only 18, about 60% of what was promised, largely perfume-samples, which are free at any beauty counter. Today, my third try (I also was disconnected), I was told a replacement is on the way but has been delayed. Why would Saks not notify the customer that there was a huge out-of-stock issue? Post-pandemic I will shop in-store and reject any GWP and go elsewhere if it is lacking. I read that saks.com and Saks bricks-and-mortar are separating, interesting news. Let's hope saks.com does not become another williamssonoma.com, i.e., a total disaster.
