Original Comment I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated by your staff in Customer service... I worked in retail and policy was always satisfy the customer first .. Well first off I ordered a promise ring when I recieved it there was a stone missing and my name was engraved wrong spelling... So they have a family ring I wanted so I ask them could they just take the money that I already paid for the promise ring which was more than family ring and they would have profits from it .. if they could just put money on family ring and send it instead and I'll send promise ring back cuz to me it's worthless.. NO WE CANT DO THAT..So ok refund my money NO We have to send back to credit card mind you the money had been taken off my credit card for sum time .. Well I know longer have that credit card due to someone taken my money... I don't bank with them at all.. So I get told to bad we have to send money to that bank then they have to refund you.. ARE YOU SERIOUS .. YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE A HIGH END COMPANY AND CANT EVEN SEND MY REFUND TO MY HOUSE CUZ I NO LONGER HAVE THAT BANK ANYMORE.. Your products are JUNK AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN AND NIETHER WILL ANY OF MY FRIENDS/ FAMILY.. GOES TO SHOW YOU YOUR GUARANTEE DON'T MEAN Anything from your high end company..
