Original Comment Unsatisfied with the number of trips to the local Cricket store(5), number of unanswered phone calls(6), number of attempts online(3) & attempts thru customer service just to get an upgrade on my phone. Extremely frustrated with Crickets policy your shipping address & the billing address on your credit/debt card HAS TO MATCH in order to place an online order or get upgrade online. They suggest I change my billing address on my credit card to my shipping address. Seriously folks? My billing address is a P.O. Box for my security reasons! I have never had an issue with this anywhere or at anytime in my life! For them to suggest I CHANGE my credit card address is completely unsatisfactory! They have no other alternative options for their customers. Yet they allowed my exhusband to walk into their store & close an account that was in my name only. Looks like I'll be changing phone providers real soon!
