I've been a member with AAA for over 2 yrs and alive almost a century and I have never experienced any form of discrimination until this past Saturday on May 1 while speaking with an expert name Brianna and A supervisor name Philip who I can't believe was part of your customer resolution because he was unprofessional, sarcastic and speaking to him was like talking to my 12 year old child. Brianna and Philip challenged me based on my name being Charles and my voice. As I spoke to another "supervisor" I brought this to her attention as well and she apologized for her action's. Each time someone said they were reaching out to a sub contractor for a pre scheduled tow that was set up on the previous Sunday for Saturday at 10am. Philip told me he was placing my request in a pile and I believe that's exactly what he did because I didn't get a confirmation on a tow until 8pm that night and the company came Sunday at 12:30pm and then had the audacity to charge me $80 which should have been waived due to the excessive wait and the company that came out stated no one called him Saturday because he was free all day and could have completed the job. I'd like someone to please call me.
