I live in Prescott, AZ and have used AAA not only booking trips, but also insurance for homes, autos and recreational vehicles.<br /> <br /> Found out this month the office in Prescott is closing. I find it hard to believe being in quad cities, there isn't enough incentive to keep the Prescott office open.<br /> <br /> We have been AAA members for many years but are now thinking of taking our business elsewhere to be able to have a face to face insurance person and travel person.<br /> <br /> Hoping you will rethink this business move and take care of many clients here in this part of AZ.
