Original Comment I have stopped at least 8 times at the KFC on Center Point Rd in Cedar Rapids, IA trying to get a pot pie they always say the samething &quot;I am sorry we are fresh out of pot pies&quot; so tonight at 6pm, When I pulled up an employee was hanging out the drive thru window blow smoke either from a cigarette or vaping, I don't know. So I said I will have a #16 with an unsweet tea, I got the same ole thing we are fresh out of pot pies so I said ok I will have a #6 big box with a unsweet tea for my drink. They said ok please pull ahead, they did not ask me if I wanted original or crispy and no mention of what sides I would like. So I got to the window and said is that original or crispy. She said you said original. I did not say a word then she handed me my food and said I will get your drink. She handed me a pepsi. I said I asked for an unsweet tea she looked at my receipt and said it says you asked for pepsi. Abd handed it out the window. I habe not drank dark cola in over 10 years, I always order crispy chicken so there is no way I would of made those errors. It does no good to call and complain they dont answer and thry dont care if you are unhappy. I am tired of poor customer service. <br /> I am sure this will fall on deaf ears also. I am going to take to social media maybe they someone will like to know they are not the only one getting poor customer service.
