Original Comment We had a poor customer experience at your Franklin road store In Roanoke Virginia. This store is supposed to be open until 10 pm, both the sign on the lobby door and the store website advertised this , however when we visited this location this evening (5/22/21) at 9:12 pm no one responded at the drive thru and we waited for 10 mins. When we called the pick up number for the store we were informed that the store was closing down. We did circle the building and were able to see quite a few employees standing in the store but playing on their phones and disregarding paying customers. There was also a customer behind us in the drive thru lane that was also not served. The teen boy I spoke with when I called the pick up number was rude and disrespectful and we drove away feeling very disappointed in Bojangles. We will no longer visit this location or any others and will be sure that our friends and family are made aware of our poor customer experience.
