Original Comment NetSpend is very unprofessional and very rude and very inconsiderate I called NetSpend today which is June 14th approximately 12 in the afternoon about a birthday that charge my car just to verify the merchants and the representative that I spoke with from NetSpend block my phone in the process and then turned around and told me that she started yeah she block my card and she didn't understood what I said and she cannot unblock my card while I'm on vacation and all that Orlando Florida to go to SeaWorld and to allow me not to have access to my money which I lost out on the Sea World trip not only did I lose out but I'm stuck at my car and I have no food or anything and the only thing that I was told was that I apologize and it's nothing we can do this has to be the most horrible as property that I've ever dealt with to leave me at the stress and anguish sleeping at my car hungry and not having money for the lack of communication and the unprofessionalism that I experience
