I am speaking to William and he will not escalate my complaint. Over 6 weeks to fix air-conditioning and then wait more weeks for Ashley to send new company. 2 new compressors were placed in unit with another part and All Coast could not repair. I am sweating and being angry is not helping. CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM? I am 74yrs old and you don't provide anything while this is happening to an individual.
