You guys used to be johnny on the spot. did the business model change, is it just inflation and fuel costs? Is labor now too expensive? Seems like you guys cut back big time on drivers. its only about 50% of the time that a driver even shows up. I get peak hours but to have someone wait 3 or more hours in what could be dangerous or at least very uncomfortable places only to not show up?! And thats having wasted precious cell phone battery on hold for 30-45 minutes for the initial call and one or two after to find out if a driver is even coming after all. <br /> <br /> Did you guys simply take on too many customers for the size of your fleet? <br /> <br /> Get your act together, you guys used to be as reliable as fresh coffee and a warm donut from dunkin donuts on a sunday morning. <br /> <br /> bad comparison, dunkin no longer brews coffee, its all delivered pre brewed, and the donuts too. they dont make em there, hot n fresh like they used to, they are all driven in. <br /> <br /> i do appreciate that im not having to endure two or three rounds of clicking on pictures of boats or trucks to leave the comment. ill give you that
