Original Comment I was happy with Safeco Insurance CO. I was not happy with my agent in Jonesboro, AR. I was insuring a financed Auto and the agent knew that. They failed to insure my vehicle with full coverage and I was unaware of this until I needed to file a claim. After I corrected my lack of coverage, I tried on three different times to speak with my agent and the owner of the brokerage. I did not get a phone call in return and was not able to speak with Joseph Bailey. I guess they just did not want my business. I have since canceled both my homeowners and auto insurance with Safeco. Sorry, I had to go.
