Original Comment Hi. I just sold a to fields BMW off lee Rd.There was a agreed upon price and the rest was suppose to go to a car I ordered.The dealership from what the salesman told me sent me the down payment by mistake which was 120.00 less than agreed upon amountii was told I would get a check. I forgot to turn off auto pay and 2 weeks later they took out the monthly payment (889.00). I called BMW financial and was told I would get a check from them or from dealer and I did I got 2 checks one for 16.00 from BMW financial and one from fields BMW for 60.00. The salesman just keeps telling me to wait. Pls help I recently brought another BMW from fields but I I'm beginning to wonder about there business practices if they don't want to help customer.
