Original Comment WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER! When did they become such a horrible, non-caring company? <br /> I was driving my motorhome, which I pay a pretty penny for their &quot;Premier RV&quot; membership, on I-95 in south Florida when I noticed a lot of vibration and shaking of steering wheel. I assumed it was a tire going flat or about to blow out so pulled over to check. It appeared the back inner tire was smaller than the other tire so I called AAA for help with a tire going flat. Long story, but was on hold forever and then told it would be 90 minutes. I advised that I was a woman by myself on the side of the road and the largest town of Melbourne, Fl was only 5 miles behind me why would it take 90 minutes? She was unsympathetic and said that's the normal amount of wait time. There I sat in the hot motorhome with engine running and cell phone losing power due to long wait time. The guy got there 2 hours later and said I just got the call. Took the outside and inside tire off only to tell me there's nothing wrong with it, it has air. I said are you sure? It looks smaller and my whole motorhome is shaking like a bad tire. He put tires on, walked around and leaned down looking at other tires, said yep they're all fine go get your shocks checked! He left, I drove off and hadn't gone 2 miles further when &quot;BAM&quot; load explosion, inner tire blown out!!! So I immediately called AAA dispatch back and she said &quot;oh ok, I'll send him right back&quot;. Waited another 1 1/2 hours, no show, called her back. She said &quot;oh his truck broke down and he's getting it fixed&quot;! Really??? And you didn't call to tell me this or send someone else? Then she says I can send someone else but it will be 90 minutes! I'm now about 4 hours in, and it's lightening and pouring rain. He finally showed up in his personal van and said &quot;what happened &quot;? What happened, are you kidding, the tire blew right after you left and said all tires are fine! Total experience 6 hours! Just awful...and no one cares!
