Original Comment TRIPLE A SUCKS WAITED OVER 6 hours for a tow ! I was STUCK on the side of the highway with 4 lanes of traffic in 90 degree weather I was told I would be priority because I was on the highway.. 630 pm I am still waiting for a tow in the heat w no running car on the side of the highway I GET A PHONE CALL FROM AAA TELLING ME I CAN NOW LEAVE AND LEAVE MY KEY IN THE CAR AND LEAVE IT UNLOCKED THEY MADE ME WAIT THERE FOR 4 HOURS BEFORE TELLING ME TO LEAVE I THEN LEAVE AND GET A TEXT AT 830 pm STATING TO MEET THE GUY AT THE CAR WHEN I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE????? MY CAR DIDNT GET TO THE SHOP ON TIME AND IS NOW GOING TO BE A DAY BEHIND. I'm sorry but triple a sucks I could have been killed on the hwy. car totaled.. or even my car stollen after they told me to leave and leave the key in the car.. who would have been responsible then??! You got paid and still took your time and made me suffer.. pathetic . I will be getting in touch w management
