Original Comment My son hit a pot hole in the Road got a flat tired. It was about 7am put a call to aaa and they said the towed truck will be there in 90 minutes. Then when it got close to that time sent a text saying that not able to make it, due to the place was closed,so called back to the customer service and the gentlemen call another towed company saying that he just talked to them and it will be 45 minutes before SOMEONE Else can come out. So Again Another Text come through Saying push time back again will be there in 90 minutes. At this time it 1135 when they said this time. So again my son waited until 12:20 and again They send out another texts saying pushed back time until 1:35 never showed up. So my son walked halfway then called Uber to get to school. So I got off work at 3 pm , went where the car was at called myself explain to to customer care what was going on. Then she said she RED FLAG My ACCOUNT and spoken with her manager with concerns. She called over to the towing company and they PROMISED it would only be 45 minutes they unsure her that they will be there ! Guess WHAT NO One SHOwed up!! I Called back spoken with manager she did the same thing as the other as of calling another BACK UP TOWED COMPANY . The manager stayed on the phone with me for little and then put me on hold and said the drive would be to me at 7:37 as of navigator Never showed up. THIS IS ONE Horrible ComPany !! If you can't meet the customers need don't take their money!!!!
