Original Comment My 35 year old son , his fiance and her two little girls ,9 & 7, went to look at 18 acres of land for sale in Perris, CA. Well they hit a rock on the road, dirt roads that are used by all the farm owners in the area. Well, the rock was big enough and sharp enough to fit a hole on the side of the tire of his Dodge Ram 4 x 4 , 2500, 4 door pick up truck! So, he calls AAA rt.away and he is given the run around for 6 1/2 hours. Oh , your too far off the pavement, they said. Then , someone is on their way. Then, we'll call another back truck to come....by this time , one of the Lil girls has serious health issues that can flare up easily, is getting sick and starts running a fever! So, I'm sure my son called back with an attitude with concerns that she needs medical help now! They say eff you we are calling the police! So, my son calls an Uber driver to go all the way to Corona to get his other car because his fiance isn't taking her girls in a car with someone they don't know and her daughter was in no shape to anymore upheavels, stays with the truck until my son returns. So, he gets back like probably 2 hours later, she and the girls leave and my son waits for the police. So, here he is , the police think he was just a young guy out 4bying and writes it up that way, SO, THATS WHEN THE PEOPLE WHO COME WHEN THE POLICE CALL SHOWS UP!!!!Guess who the company is that showed rt up for the police???!!?? Yep, AAA!! SERIOUSLY!! But, all day into the evening, they couldn't, I mean wouldn't show up for my son and his family!!!! Then to top it off...get this: AAA guy says well you gotta pay me 450.00 because I'm on police assignment , not dispatched by AAA!!!!! Can you believe this shhhh? So, my son has already paid out bucks to a Uber driver, had his family sitting in the hot sun for 6 1/2 hours resulting in his Lil girl ending up in the emergency room, the cost of gas to n from his house, been lied to and treated like their need for help wasn't important and humiliated being told he should watch where he goes 4bying! And, he has no way home because he isn't allowed to ride in the tow truck!!! What??!!! Are you kidding me!! Finally, the truck driver says awe man come on I can't make you walk home from here, after he had made my son beg for a ride!!! Why has my family been a member for over 30 years and get treated so awful??
