Original Comment Extremely dissatisfied! Purchased a crib conversion kit recommended by Wayfair for my daughters crib model. Didn't open it within 30 days. Opened it today only to find the kit WAYFAIR recommended is the wrong kit. Now they are refusing to refund my purchase even though it's never been used. $169 will keep me from shopping with this company ever again!
