Good Morning. I find myself in a disappointed state. As a loyal member of AAA auto club south for over 20 years, image my disappointment when I called for service at 3:30 am for a lock out and told it would take 30 minutes but as long as 1 hour for a service provider to assist me. After 45 minutes, I called back for an update since I had not heard anything. I was then told the assigned driver/location office was not answering the phone and they would send the request to dispatch for another service provider to handle the lock out. After three follow-up calls for status, I have not been contacted and am still locked out of the car with it running in the garage. It is now 5:30 am and I need to report to work by 6 am. This is unacceptable and does not measure up to what AAA advertises and states it will provide it's clients. I have searched for corporate contact to no avail. Hopefully, they address this directly with me. If you have corporate email or phone number please least it.
