Original Comment My wife and I stop by the Richmond Indiana Chili's for takeout. Two old-timer Burgers and Fries, mine was to be playing with cheese only purse with everything and both well done. The burgers look like they were set on fire with a flamethrower so charred I couldn't eat mine not to mention it had everything on it. We used to frequent the store all the time but it's this is the type of service that you get now we will not be going back.
