Original Comment You customer service is insanely frustrating!! After 4 weeks and an abundance of calls we still have not received our additional bins. Your call center promises service but to no avail. How can you run a business like this??? And what does a customer have to do to get service?????? Perhaps stop paying our monthly bill?!!
