Original Comment I booked a room 2 weeks in advance and requested a certain room, we have stay in the Fillmore best Western several times and at check in I was not able to get the room I requested and your receptionist was very rude. The room that we stayed in had people upstairs that were very noisy, we had to call the office for them to do something about it and even then they were still noisy. We did not enjoy our stay as much as we have the times we had stayed there before.
