Original Comment I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries to go last May at the Chili's on Eastern in Henderson, NV. When I got home, the fries were already cold (not that far from my house), and the chicken sandwich looked more like a nugget than a sandwich, very small, very thin, very tasteless. I then called and talked to the manager there, Richard. He apologized and said he would send out some gift cards to my email. After 4 weeks, I did not receive them so I called back. He seemed disinterested and said he would check into it and get back to me. He never did. I then called him about it every month for the last year and to this date ( April 18th, 2022, I have still not received my gift cards. Yes, I checked my spam and junk folders. If a customer calls you back once a month for a year, aren't you going to try to help them and make it right? I guess if you are Richard at the Henderson Chili's you just don't care. Unbelievably poor customer service.
