Original Comment I love my BMW but I am very disappointed in the service at Grayson BMW in Knoxville. Not only was the salesman extremely dishonest he was extremely rude to me when I went back his week. I bought the car in April and later discovered it did not have an owners manual. When they called Tyler to the front he was short with me and started well if it didn't have one they didn't have one and that I could go to the parts area. Well they said I could order one which would cost $55. Considering I paid almost $50,000 for the car you'd think they could order me a manual. Everyone was nice except Tyler. I've been in the retail business my entire life and I wouldn't allow someone so extremely dishonest and rude to work in my business
