Original Comment I'm not happy with comfort suites inn in west Memphis!! I was traveling so was checking in late. Got there and they "gave my room away" also said they would refund my money. Donna the general manager I left multiple calls with her didnt get called back. Finally talked to her and she was rude and said she cant refund me a no show fee even though I did show!! I can't figure out how to go above her. She said to stop calling!!!! I'm not happy !! I want to talk to someone over her NOW!!!
