Original Comment I recently went to the bojangles store on ringgold rd in east ridge, TN 37412 on Saturday the 20th of August. I pulled in at 8:15pm and then ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain,a southern chicken biscuit with a picnic fries and a large dirty rice plus a small drink. I was told that they only have spicy chicken and that they could use 2 chicken tenders for the biscuit instead. I didn't want to argue so I agreed to allow them to substitute the tenders on the biscuit. After I paid I was informed that they would have to cook the grilled chicken and wouldn't mind pulling up to wait for ten mins. I did but it wasn't ten minutes before I saw someone come out with some of my food. It was 35mins. I realized that the fries were missing and the gentleman said that he would return with them. Another 10mins went by before my fries came out in a large size,not picnic size but by this point I really just wanted to leave! I got home and the plain grilled chicken sandwich wasn't plain and both buns were completely soggy,the fries were covered in salt and unedible along with the large dirty rice, it was soupy and tasted like dish water. So pretty much the entire meal was ruined and I waited 45mins to receive it! This is unacceptable! I have never complained before to any headquarter but this experience makes me so angry I can't not say anything! And where's someone to talk to about this? Not speaking to anyone makes me feel like I'm just writing this for no reason and nothing will happen! I'd appreciate a call if it's not too much trouble.
