Original Comment Dealt with horrible customer service tonight in Shreveport, off east kings hwy. They gave me the wrong order at the window and then when I drove around the girl came out to my car two times asking me about my order with my receipt. Then when I asked for a refund she told me they couldn't give refund after 9 o'clock. They gave me the wrong order. I don't know what was so hard about fixing it. The manger on duty was the one who informed me "we don't do refunds after 9pm and you can't be in the lobby since it's closed" as I was leaving someone in the kitchen said "your mama" ridiculous.
