Original Comment I have cancelled my membership with massage envy in Arlington Highlands. I had another massage envy trying to help me through this entire process as the one in the highlands customer service is awful. The other massage envy looked at my membership and said it was not cancelled. I called the highlands they informed me the other location couldn't tell me that and it was cancelled. I called back a week later to make sure it was not frozen as that is what I was told the next time I visited the other location and the highlands manager once again informed me it was cancelled. This weekend I am being billed once again from massage envy highlands. How is it okay they can continue to bill my credit card without permission? I even have the cancellation documentation.
